What drew you to Aethair?
One of my vendors suggested them.
Which product/solution are you using?
The Aethair IAQ monitoring solution.
What was the problem or challenge you faced that led you to contact Aethair?
We wanted to measure air quality in the lab.
How were you addressing this problem before?
I’ve tried other VOC monitors that were very simplistic compared to Aethair. Just a basic monitor that could download data to a spreadsheet, no online data storage or multiple monitors in one product.
How did it compare to others you have researched?
It doesn’t. I either didn’t do enough research or there aren’t any products on the market like Aethair IAQ.
How was your experience in setup? Did you receive support from Aethair in installation?
Super simple. Turn on, log into the website. I did not need any support, but they were able to answer some background questions for me.
Which parts of the solution do you find most valuable?
The phone app is valuable to me to check the lab air quality when I am away from work. It is also useful when explaining to maintenance personnel what is going on and when.
What has changed for the better since you began using the Airthinx Solution?
Still haven’t found the answer to our air quality issues. We are eliminating potential sources by moving the monitor around the building trying to figure out the source of contamination.
What do you find to be the key benefits of the solution?
Data tracking.
