Our standard
A short list, kept honestly. It is the same list we hold our own crews to.
All 15 categories live on our own racks in Bridgeport — so a tent, 300 chairs and the chafing dishes arrive on the same truck with one contact and one bill.
The Loop, Fulton Market, Pilsen, Hyde Park, Evanston, Oak Park, Naperville and the North Shore. We know which alleys the box truck fits down.
Linen is laundered in-house, glassware is polished, and every crate is counted against your order before it leaves the dock.
Tents, floors and staging are installed by our own crew. You are not handed a pile of poles and a diagram.
You see the line for every chair. Nothing gets padded into a bundle you cannot read.
Send a guest count and an address and you get a scaled layout back, so you know the 30 × 60 actually clears the garage.

Package prices are a starting point for a single rental day in the city. Delivery, setup, strike and tax are quoted on the address.

A dove silk reads warm grey at six and almost gold by nine. We photographed eleven of our cloths under tapers, LED and open flame to show exactly what shifts — and which colours hold their nerve through a whole dinner.

Yes, on Belmont Avenue in Lincoln Park, by appointment. We set a full table to your colour palette so you can see the linen, china and stemware together under the same light you'll have on the night. Allow ninety minutes.
Chicago and the collar counties — the North Shore to Lake Bluff, west to Naperville and St. Charles, south to Flossmoor. We travel further for full-service weddings; that carries a mileage and crew line we'll show you before you sign.
Every cloth is pressed on a roller rather than folded, every glass is polished, and every piece of flatware is buffed the morning of delivery. It is the single most expensive thing we do and the reason clients come back.
Nine to twelve months for a Saturday between May and October. Specialty linen and gilt seating are the first to be committed. Winter weddings and weekday dinners are comfortable at eight to twelve weeks.
Wine on linen is a normal cost of doing business and we don't charge for it. We offer an optional damage waiver at nine per cent that covers accidental breakage of glass and china. Loss and theft sit outside it and are billed at replacement.
We prefer it. Send us the catering contact when you book and we'll agree a load-in sequence directly with them, so the tables are dressed before the flowers land rather than around them.
Tell us the venue and the guest count. We'll return a proposal with photographs of the exact pieces, not a spreadsheet.
Delivery, installation and strike are included within 35 miles of our Bridgeport yard. Beyond that we quote mileage as a separate line so you can see it.
If your event site sits outside our normal service area, just let us know. We deliver farther out across Illinois and special accommodations can usually be made to suit your project.
