Quiet competence, from the first email to the last crate back on the truck.
All 15 categories live on our own racks in Bridgeport — so a tent, 300 chairs and the chafing dishes arrive on the same truck with one contact and one bill.
The Loop, Fulton Market, Pilsen, Hyde Park, Evanston, Oak Park, Naperville and the North Shore. We know which alleys the box truck fits down.
Linen is laundered in-house, glassware is polished, and every crate is counted against your order before it leaves the dock.
Tents, floors and staging are installed by our own crew. You are not handed a pile of poles and a diagram.
You see the line for every chair. Nothing gets padded into a bundle you cannot read.
Send a guest count and an address and you get a scaled layout back, so you know the 30 × 60 actually clears the garage.
Three complete evenings, arranged down to the charger plate.
Up to 50 guests
Everything a driveway, garage or back garden needs for an afternoon that runs long.

Up to 150 guests

Package prices are a starting point for a single rental day in the city. Delivery, setup, strike and tax are quoted on the address — and any line can be swapped for something else on this page.
Candlelight, gold rims and full dance floors — our favourite hour of the job.
Testimonials
Six hundred and twenty covers, and the room was finished forty minutes before the doors opened. Our chair actually got to sit down beforehand.
The chandeliers were rigged, levelled and dimmed to a warmth I could actually specify. Nobody else asks me for a colour temperature.
Their crew wore black, spoke quietly and were invisible by the time the first course landed. That is the whole job, done properly.
They flagged that our head table wouldn't clear the stage sightlines and redrew it. That catch alone was worth the fee.
Fifth year running the museum gala with them. The proposal is always itemised and the invoice always matches it.
Journal
Programme, stage and screen all compete for the same axis. Here is the order we resolve them in, and what we sacrifice first.
We counted, across nine events. The answer is higher than your caterer's estimate and lower than your fear.
Beam angle, throw distance and a very specific piece of gel. The difference between a table that glows and one that squints.
Enquiries
Always. Our crews set the room to an agreed plan, dress the tables and light the space before your caterer's first course leaves the kitchen. Strike is normally overnight so the venue is clear by morning, which most downtown contracts require anyway.
Nine to twelve months for a Saturday in the autumn benefit season, which in Chicago runs late September through early December. Chandeliers and mirror flooring commit first. Weekday events and spring dates are usually comfortable at three months.
Within reason, yes. We hold eleven silk colourways and can source custom linen with eight weeks' notice. Gold finishes we do not mix — everything in a room comes from the same gilt batch, because two different golds under warm light is immediately obvious.
General liability at two million per occurrence, plus workers' compensation and auto. We name your venue as additional insured with their exact wording, usually the same business day. Museum Campus, Navy Pier and the Hilton each have their own; we hold all three on file.
We prefer to. Send us their contacts at booking and we'll agree a load-in sequence directly — tables dressed before flowers land, glassware set after the linen has settled. It removes an entire category of day-of argument.
Twenty-five hundred dollars for a delivered and installed event in the city, four thousand in the suburbs. We do not offer will-call — everything we rent is fragile enough that we would rather carry it ourselves.
A date, a venue and a cover count is enough to start. We return a proposal with photographs of the exact pieces and a scaled floor plan.
We include delivery, installation and strike within 35 miles of Bridgeport. Past that radius, mileage is quoted as a separate line.
If your event site sits outside our normal service area, just let us know. We deliver farther out across Illinois and special accommodations can usually be made to suit your project.
Note: Extra mileage fees vary depending on how far you are outside the service area, and are always quoted as a separate line before you sign.
A short note is enough. We'll take it from there.
